Subject outline

In this subject you will build on and apply the knowledge and skills you have previously developed through your studies. You will be guided in the planning and execution of a major project by an academic staff member, but much of the work will be undertaken independently. You will work in teams of no more than four with a business partner on a major project that investigates the feasibility of expanding business activities into another country. You will liaise with the business partner to choose a country of interest. The project will include, but not be limited to, an analysis of the current position of the business, a market analysis, environmental scan, financial forecast, and a marketing plan. The projects will be developed and presented to a panel in English.
