This unit will provide an advanced course of study and reflection on the European Union's regulation of company law. The unit will analyse the European harmonised system, and how it is integrated. The unit will consider incorporation, administration, capacities and powers, share capital, and other relevant corporate regulation, institutional structures and rules.
