In this subject, students are provided an opportunity to consolidate and enhance their legal research writing and advocacy skills through participation in the Sir Harry Gibbs constitutional law mooting competition. The competition is Australia's premiere constitutional law mooting competition. Students will be required to analyse a constitutional law problem, draft written submissions, based on their research into issues raised by the problem, and present oral arguments at the competition.
