Subject outline

This unit will provide an advanced course of study in insolvency law, including an examination of core principles and value relating to the work of insolvency practitioners (receivers, administrators, liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy), and the identification and analysis of the theoretical foundations of the topic. The unit will also consider the Personal Properties Securities Act (PPSA) and relevant cross-border insolvency issues.
