This subject is created for students who are undertaking a volunteer placement in a law or law related field in Australia or overseas. The subject complements LAW4INT which has a limited placement duration of 10 to 15 days. This subject is designed to accommodate placements of a duration of 3 weeks or longer. The student is required to complete the placement satisfactorily and to complete an academic task which is normally an essay based on a topic or theme arising from the placement. This essay will require the student to critically reflect on their experience and thoroughly research and analyse the issue they have chosen.
