Subject outline
Upon completion of this unit students will have an exposure to the New York Convention and Model law, private internal law international investment regulations and treaties and comparative law; have developed an understanding of the Convention for the International Sale of Goods; and have an appreciation of the Commercial Arbitration Act and its relationship to the International Arbitration Act; and (4) prepare client memoranda from disputes arising out of the Convention for the International Sale of Goods.
