It invites students to critically evaluate the sufficiency and effectiveness of laws, policies and industry self-regulation in addressing challenges to government, business and society in an increasingly online world. The subject specifically examines Australian and International Law and practice in this area paying attention to perspectives from legal, political and technological experts.
