Subject outline
In this subject students develop oral and written proficiency in Italian and learn more about the culture and society of modern Italy. Audio-visual material and short literary texts on contemporary Italian society are used to develop students' competence in speaking, reading and writing and to broaden their knowledge of Italian culture and society. In this subject, students continue working towards attaining Level B1 competence in the Common European Framework of References for Languages.
