You will be introduced to current principles and values that are key to positive interactions between people with developmental disabilities and health and social service providers. You will also develop an understanding of reflective practice and the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and explore the role you will play in your future profession, and the roles of other professions in contributing to the health and social inclusion of people with developmental disabilities.
