In this subject, you will develop an understanding of project management frameworks and an ability to apply project management skills in health information systems and services. You will develop a health information related project concept and a plan for implementation and evaluation, using appropriate tools and software. The content of health service contracts will be also addressed, including contract requirements and specifications for health technology applications, external service providers, and health service and health fund agreements.
