This subject will broaden and deepen your knowledge of contemporary family therapy and relevant theoretical concepts in order to enhance your conceptualization of family difficulties and planning for intervention. The topics include foundational family therapy frameworks, theories of change, diversity and other practice issues. This subject is offered in a blended learning format including online lectures, panel discussions, audio visual resources, guided reading, online student forum and face to face skills development workshops. Assessment will include a structured learning journal and a family work review.
