Subject outline

In this subject, students will use a number of case scenarios to explore the evidence base for clinical practice. Utilising the available clinical frameworks and individual scopes of practice, students will evaluate published literature to design therapeutic treatment plans that include all appropriate medical and allied health disciplines. Students are required to interpret clinical outcomes from complex case scenarios (including those with chronic disease and mental illness) and plan how to implement treatment, including behaviour change techniques.
