Subject outline

In this subject students focus on the areas of learning differences and learning disabilities. Issues such as poverty, homelessness and substance abuse are investigated, particularly as they relate to school responsiveness and pedagogy. Students also choose a module for further application or in-depth study from either: (1) Schools, Wellbeing and Responsiveness or (2) Learning pathways for students with learning disabilities.
