In this subject students develop an in-depth understanding of the educational needs of students with autism spectrum disorder. Current research in early intervention, effective teaching strategies and Inclusive practices in schools are linked to the life and experiences of the student with autism. Students also choose a module for further application or in-depth study from either: (1) Anxiety, wellbeing and learning or (2) Learning pathways for students with Aspergers.
