Subject outline

This subject is designed to extend knowledge and skill in working collaboratively with families, health services and other agencies in the development and implementation of programs for students with additional needs. In this subject pre-service teachers will deepen insights into theoretical concepts, pedagogical principles and processes in relation to state and national curriculum structures. Requirements for supporting students with additional needs and the development of consulting, negotiating and facilitating skills will be addressed.
