In this subject you will explore a range of communication and interaction styles which ensure responsive, respectful and reciprocal relationships with children from birth to five years. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the National Quality Framework will be examined, analysed and applied to the development of behaviour management strategies and plans.
