In this subject you will consolidate your knowledge of economics and of the skills required to practice economics in a professional capacity. On completion of the subject you will be equipped to analyse the impacts of public policy on individuals, businesses and the wider impacts on society. The subject involves analysing real world data to explain the impact of policy or economic events. This subject will be taught in three Modules, delivered by experts on a variety of topics that may include the environment, education, innovation, sports economics, macroeconomics and social policy. The subject provides an opportunity to consider particular cases drawn from current issues and topics using up to date techniques and analysis.
