Subject outline

This unit of study represents the first semester of a two-semester program. Students are required to develop a major piece of software based on a set of user requirements. The first semester of the unit covers requirement specification and design of the software project. The second semester of the unit covers implementation and testing of the software product. Each student will work with a client who will provide the requirements and monitor the progress of the project throughout the year.
