Subject outline

This subject enables you to develop your skills to manage a small or medium-sized project alone or with a small team. You will address a real-life problem in software engineering or cybersecurity that integrates previously learned skills and knowledge about technical, social and ethical issues. The subject covers the skills required to assess, identify and manage risks to projects, to prepare realistic plans and appropriate documentation, track activities across project schedules and report appropriately to stakeholders. You will make milestone presentations with your team. This subject represents the first part of a year-long program. Students MUST complete both CSE3PRA and CSE3PRB in two consecutive semesters.
