EXECUTE AND MANAGE CHANGE

BUS3EMC

2020

Credit points: 15

Subject outline

Many good solutions to problems fail for poor execution. In an organisation or diverse community implementing solutions may involve organisational and cultural change which may present challenges to the success and sustainability of the proposed solution. Moreover, solutions must be implemented within certain commercial, social, environmental and ethical constraints, which need to be addressed. In this subject, in multidisciplinary, multicultural groups, you will develop the skills required to successfully manage sustainable change in corporations and diverse communities.
