Worldwide, approximately half of all business transactions are undertaken across international borders. Managers and employees now need to have a good understanding of multiple legal systems. The aim of this subject is to allow you to critically understand and reflect on the most important legal principles regarding doing business in Vietnam, as well as internationally. Case studies are used to guide students to assist with the development of a critical and reflective understanding of these principles and concepts. Key areas of study centre on the legal aspects of international trade, as well as practical issues, such as, dispute resolution and intellectual property will also be discussed
