To request a Check-In from one of our Wellbeing team members, fill out the form below and we will give you a call. If you would prefer a Zoom Check-In, please indicate this to the team member that calls, and we will be able book this with you during the initial call.
If you are an offshore student seeking to access a Wellbeing Check in, please note that what we are able to offer once you provide the required information in the below form; is a limited online-based single session support with a focus on self-help and resource provision within AEST hours. We will coordinate this appointment with you, once we receive and review your self-referral. Please do provide an emergency contact as we need to ensure that we have support for you if this is required.
