Medibank – Live Better at Home

As a result of La Trobe’s strategic partnership with Medibank Private, students and staff can now access many discounts as well as gain access to a range of wellbeing resources and activities through the Live Better at Home program.

Medibank are bringing in some of our favourite experts to help you set healthy habits at home. They’ll share with you lunch and snack recipes, quick workouts, stretching sessions and mindfulness techniques that can be done anytime and anywhere. Experts

Michelle Bridges is a personal trainer, former Biggest Loser trainer, television personality and best-selling author. She’s founder of the 12WBT health and fitness program.

Tim Robards is a qualified chiropractor and founder of The Robards Method – a program designed to simplify the approach to optimal health.

Emily Toner is a clinical psychologist with a research background in behavioural neuroscience and positive psychology from The University of Melbourne.

Steph Prem is a former winter Olympian, an entrepreneur and a leading expert on women's health and fitness.
