Privacy/Collection Statement
Your privacy is important to us. Our Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion team respects the privacy of your personal information. The Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion division collects personal information about you and your needs, so we can ensure we care for you in the best possible way.
Privacy Legislation protects personal information that we collect and hold. When you see one of our team, we are required to maintain notes of sessions, treatment and/or intervention plans. Your agreement to privacy and confidentiality remains within the division, not with the individual team member you may see. This means that our teams can work collaboratively as a one service, to provide you with the best service and support.
We will only disclose information to third parties within the University and external/outside of the University, outside of the Health, Wellbeing, and Inclusion Division under very specific circumstances. For example; we may be required by law to provide information to state authorities, or where our duty of care requires us to disclose when we are concerned you are at risk of harm to yourself, others, or children”
