Mindful Mondays

Come for a mindful walk on Mindful Mondays. When you're practicing mindfulness, you focus on the present and aware of moment-by-moment thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environments, rather than the normal ruminations on the past or future. Presented by Robyn Quinell, Senior Counsellor.

Drop-in at the Hangar

Robyn Quinell (Senior Counsellor) will be available every Tuesday in the Hangar from 12.00pm -2.00pm. Come along and say "hi" - you don't need to have issues to chat - but if something is bothering you, you can make a private confidential appointment.

Every Thursday from 2.00pm - 3.00pm Sennior Counsellor Robyn Quinnell will be available in the Library for a quick chat about issues you may be experiencing. If you need to, you can make a private appointment for another time.
