Come for a mindful walk on Mindful Mondays. When you're practicing mindfulness, you focus on the present and aware of moment-by-moment thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environments, rather than the normal ruminations on the past or future. Robyn Quinell (Senior Counsellor) will be available every Tuesday in the Hangar from 12.00pm -2.00pm. Come along and say "hi" - you don't need to have issues to chat - but if something is bothering you, you can make a private confidential appointment.
