1. Install Office Pro Plus. See How do I install Office Pro Plus on my personal computer.
  2. Click Go and select Applications.
  3. Double-click Microsoft Office 2015.
  4. Double-click Microsoft Outlook.
  5. Click Exchange Account.
  6. Enter your student email address e.g. in the E-mail address field.
  7. Enter your student username e.g. in the User name field
  8. Enter your student account password in the password field.
  9. Click Add Account.
  10. Tick Always use my response for this server and click Allow.
  11. Enter an account description e.g. La Trobe Email.
  12. Close the window and restart Outlook.
