Android

  1. Tap Apps.
  2. Locate and tap Settings.
  3. Tap Wi-Fi.
  4. Tap eduroam.
  5. Ensure that EAP method is set to PEAP.
  6. Set the Phase 2 authentication to MSCHAPV2.
    Note: You may need to change CA certificate to Do not validate
  7. Enter your username in the Identity field.
    • Staff should enter their username as: JBloggs@ltu.edu.au
    • Students should enter their username as: 01234567@students.ltu.edu.au
  8. Enter your LTU password in the Password field and tap Connect.

If your device fails to connect to eduroam, tap and hold eduroam and select forget to remove any previous settings and try the above steps again. It sometimes may be necessary to restart your device before re-attempting to connect.
