Subject outline

This subject draws together theories, models and student experiences from across the course. Specifically, subject content is concerned with the interactions between a teacher, students and the learning environment in generating evidence based teacher practice. Through a practice-based research project this subject will explore the relationship between research, teaching and learning. Specifically, how teachers can demonstrate they have had an impact on student learning and what this means for subsequent teaching practice-knowledge and activity.This project will be shaped as follows: Primary strand # literacy or numeracy focusSecondary strand # literacy or numeracy in method discipline focus
