Subject outline

In this core interdisciplinary subject for the Bachelor of Arts we explore some of the most interesting questions that are under discussion in the University today. In "Rethinking Our Humanity" we examine the human experience, the complexity of human identity, and the shape of our human future. We also seek to practice and develop the critical academic capabilities that are necessary to your success as an undergraduate student. The subject is delivered in small group seminar settings that allow you to connect with fellow students and a dedicated member of academic staff. Disciplines studied in this subject include Aboriginal Studies, Anthropology, Archaeology, Legal Studies, English, Gender, Sexuality and Diversity Studies, History, Philosophy, Politics and Sociology.
