The Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) is located in the residential neighbourhood of Belgrano, in the northern part of the city of Buenos Aires. Ranked as the best student city in Latin America and among the top student cities in the world, Buenos Aires is known for its rich artistic and cultural scene, its friendly inhabitants and for being the gateway to Argentina´s spectacular landscapes.
In 2020, UTDT was ranked as the #1 private university in Argentina and among the top in Latin America (QS), as well as the leading producer of papers per faculty in the country. UTDT ranked #1 in the country for Economics and Econometrics (QS 2020) and their MBA is positioned as #1 in Argentina in academic strength and knowledge production, as well as in Finance, Economics, and Operations.
Special conditions/comments
Students who choose to take courses in English at UTDT will not need to show proof of Spanish proficiency. However, if English is not their first language nor that of instruction at the home university, they will need to certify that they have at least a B2 level in that language. A minimum of two years of college level Spanish or B2 level are required for subjects taught in Spanish or partial English.
