Örebro University was granted full university status in 1999 and is now one of Sweden’s most expansive universities, with 15,000 students and 1,300 staff. The university offers 60 undergraduate programmes and 20 postgraduate programmes, as well as 600 single courses in some 45 subjects. Some of these courses and programmes are taught in English.

Housing information:
All exchange students are guaranteed student accommodation provided that we have received the application on time. All student accommodation has shops, healthcare centres and other services within easy reach. The average cost for housing is 3,300 SEK (approx 350 EUR/385 USD)* per month.

Cost of living
The average cost of living per month is around 8,400 SEK (approx 890 EUR/970 USD)* including rent.
