Career Ready Advantage Award
Showcase to employers how you have developed your skills by applying for a Career Ready Advantage Award. The following award levels are available based on your participation. The eligibility for the awards are:

|Submission of a Career Ready Portfolio|
Building a portfolio helps you to reflect on the skills you have developed and to work out how to tell your story effectively to potential employers. Your portfolio will help you develop a resume, LinkedIn profile and practice interviews, all to boost your chances at obtaining a graduate job.
You can submit a portfolio you submitted for an assessment task in your course, or you can use a template portfolio we've created (link coming soon).
Apply for a Career Ready Advantage Award
To apply for a Career Ready Advantage Award, all you need to do is:
- Complete an application form in PebblePad, providing evidence of your completion of the required number of Learn, Do, and Career Management activities.
- Upload a copy of your Career Ready Porfolio, or a PebblePad portfolio you submitted for an assessment task in your course.
