What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? I have always been passionate about health, exercise and fitness which reflects in my studies and sport participation over many years. I have always seen myself working in the Health and Fitness Industry, helping people achieve their goals.

Favourite Exercise - Box jumps – I have always enjoyed plyometrics and love a bit of a challenge

What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? I have always been fascinated by the human body and movement and I have always been wanting to learn more.

Favourite Exercise - The back squat - The exercise itself is a life lesson, no matter how tough things get you have to stand back up!

What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? i love exercising and playing sport and think the mental and physical benefits are endless. I really enjoy being able to help people push themselves and step up their athletic capabilities, as well as helping others smash their health and fitness goals.

Favourite Exercise - Bulgarian split squat - if the name doesn't have the legs shaking then the exercise will. It's simple to perform and perfect for strengthening the lower limbs, whilst also improving hip and trunk stability and control.

What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? My own love of health and fitness developed into a passion for helping others to gain strength, move pain free and improve overall health and wellbeing. If you are an experienced lifter looking to reach that next level or a complete beginner unsure where to start, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!

Favourite Exercise - Sumo deadlift – an excellent variation of the conventional deadlift. If you are looking to improve hamstring, quad and glute development, this is your exercise!

Favorite Exercise - Everything functional! There isn’t one exercise that can help you achieve your goals, but a deadlift and chin up are high up on the list
