Functional training zone classes

Our strong zone classes provide you with the ultimate functional training space, with classes designed to maximise your power, strength and speed.

This high-energy, mixed martial arts-inspired class will challenge your full body strength with a combination of strength, high intensity and bodyweight exercises. All movements will be under the watchful eye of Emily, who is passionate in empowering you to search for your own individual challenge and optimise your own physical and mental health.

Be prepared to work hard, have fun and feel leaving accomplished. This class runs for 50 minutes, allowing you to fit it into your lunch break and is suitable for all fitness levels.

You train at your own pace with periods of work, followed by intermittent periods of rest. New to our Strong Zone

If you are new to our Strong Zone, please remember to:

  • bring a sweat towel and water bottle
  • wear appropriate training gear
  • ensure you introduce yourself to the instructor when entering the room
  • inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses or pregnancy that may affect your participation in the class so the instructor can offer alternatives that are safe for you
  • work hard and leave feeling great.
