The 12 Week Challenge will enable you to achieve your goals, including individualised programming and training from our staff.

Whether your goals is to improve your wellbeing or fitness, improve your strength, or to slim down, we will equip you with all the tools you will need to see achievable and maintainable results.

What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? My involvement with a wide variety of sports such as Football, Rowing and Triathlons from a young age has given me a great passion for exercise and training to maximise your athletic potential

Favourite Exercise - Barbell Deadlifts - one of the great core functional exercises, useful for everyone from beginners to advanced lifters!

Favourite Exercise - Lunges - they can be modified to be a beginner exercise all the way to an advanced exercise. Additionally, can either be a cardio or strength based exercise.

What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? Exercise and fitness has helped me achieve my goals and had a profound impact on my life. I want to help educate and motivate others to achieve their full potential and goals.

Favourite Exercise - Deadlift - one of the very few exercises that will target nearly every muscle in your body and help develop strength in the upper limbs, lower limbs and abdominopelvic region. Mastering compound movements like the deadlift will help achieve fitness goals.

What got you into working in the Health and Fitness Industry? i love exercising and playing sport and think the mental and physical benefits are endless. I really enjoy being able to help people push themselves and step up their athletic capabilities, as well as helping others smash their health and fitness goals.

Favourite Exercise - Bulgarian split squat - if the name doesn't have the legs shaking then the exercise will. It's simple to perform and perfect for strengthening the lower limbs, whilst also improving hip and trunk stability and control.
