Social Work Student Placement forms
PLEASE NOTE
Standard social work student field placements start in late August and end in late November (including public holidays) and are usually full time (7.5-hour days).
Students must complete 14 weeks of placement in the external agency that has been allocated to them by the University.
Students are not required to source their own placements.
Agency placement confirmation
This form is to be completed by an organisation offering to host a standard field education placement.
Non-standard placement application
This form should be completed by Social Work students seeking approval for a non-standard field education placement.
Overseas placement application
This form should be completed by a Social Work student applying for an overseas field education placement.
