Payments will be made after semester census dates. Semester 2 payment is contingent on recipients passing all subjects enrolled in Semester 1.

How is it paid?

$2500 per semester. The award will be paid directly into the students' bank accounts. Part time recipients will be paid on a pro-rata basis.

Background

The School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences have established three Women in Master of Cybersecurity Scholarships for 2020-2022 of $5000 each, to attract more female students into our postgraduate Cybersecurity course.

Are you eligible to apply?

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • be a female student enrolled into the Master of Cybersecurity, Bundoora

Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:

Selection is competitive, based on academic merit and a one page expression of interest from the student on why they wish to study the course, their past work experience in Cybersecurity and provision of their latest study grades/marks.

Recipient obligations

Recipients are required to pass all subjects.
