The PSA Insurance Program in Dentistry for Rural Victoria Scholarship
Background
The PSA Insurance Scholarship is funded by the Victorian Medical Insurance Agency Ltd to attract and support dentistry students, and ultimately, improve the access to and quality of rural and regional dentistry.
Are you eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- be an Domestic student
- be intending to enrol in the Bachelor of Dental Sciences (Honours) at the Bendigo Campus in Semester 1, 2025
- be from a regional, rural or remote Victorian address
- provide evidence of educational disadvantage
Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:
- Applicants are required to complete a SEAS application as part of the VTAC application process. For more information, please visit Special Entry Access Schemes
- SEAS provides special consideration for those who have experienced some form of educational disadvantage
Recipient obligations
The recipient will be required to
- maintain enrolment in the Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) at the Bendigo Campus
- accept and uphold the University's scholarship terms and conditions as outlined by the Scholarships Office
How to apply
Applications are made as part of the VTAC online application process. Applications open 29 July and close 11 October for 2025 intake.
