La Trobe University Indigenous Students Scholarship
Background
In recognition of the importance of creating opportunities for Indigenous Australian students to complete higher education, La Trobe University has made available up to ten scholarships for Indigenous students commencing full-time or part-time studies at any campus of La Trobe University.
Are you eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a descendent of Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people, self identify and be accepted as such by the Indigenous Australian community in which you have lived or currently reside; and
- Be intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree at a campus of La Trobe University; and
- Be a commencing first year student in Semester 1, 2021.
Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:
- Heritage from Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people, self identify and be accepted as such by the Indigenous Australian community in which you have lived or currently reside; and
- Enrolment in an undergraduate degree at a campus of La Trobe University; and
- Commencement as a first year student in Semester 1, 2021.
