The funds have been generously donated from three significant local agribusiness companies; Wakefield’s Transport, Nangiloc-Colignan Farms and Mildura Fruit Company, in the hope more local people consider entering the agribusiness profession in our community.

The Chances for Children and Mallee Family Care scholarships have been established to support students studying Agribusiness at the Mildura Campus.

Are you eligible to apply?

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Be enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Business (Agribusiness) at the Mildura Campus
  • Come from a regional, rural or remote background and demonstrate personal hardship
  • Agree to attend joint promotional events or participate in promotional activities keeping with the spirit of the Scholarship as reasonably required between the donors and La Trobe University

Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:

completion of the application form and addressing the eligibility criteria.
