La Trobe Access Scholarship Application Form

This form is ONLY to be completed by students who are enrolled in one of the pathway or entry schemes listed below and intend to apply for a 2022 equity and access scholarship or bursary.

• TAFE, VET and pathway courses

• Work and life experience

• Completed year 12 before 2020

• Tertiary Preparation Program (TPP)

Students who are currently completing Year 12 were required to submit a scholarship application through VTAC and applications have now closed. Year 12 applicants who submit this form will not be considered.

This form is not a course application and cannot be used to gain admission to a La Trobe University course.
