Background
Monies for the Albury-Wodonga Psychology Student Material Bursary have been generously donated by Richard A. Hendrie MSW to assist Albury-Wodonga Psychology students struggling financially due to the COVID 19 crisis.
Are you eligible to apply?
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be able to demonstrate engaged citizenship within the La Trobe University. This may include scholarly achievement, demonstrated leadership, community service contribution or similar
- Be able to demonstrate academic potential
- Be able to demonstrate barriers to accessing higher education
Recipients of the scholarship shall be selected by the University based on their:
- personal statement which addresses the eligibility criteria, financial and educational disadvantage due to the COVID 19 crisis
- supporting documents:
2.500-word personal statement outlining reasons for application
3.Supporting evidence of barriers to tertiary participation that may include financial hardship due to COVID 19, disability, transportation and/or care giver responsibilities
4.Evidence that demonstrates your scholarly achievement, demonstrated leadership, community service contribution or similar.
