Research Impact Service

The Library is now offering a Research Impact Service for researchers and academic staff applying for grants or academic promotion. The service includes:

*    Author citation indices and information (h-index)
*    Citation counts of journal articles  (as decided upon during consultation or a list provided by you)
*    Journal impact factors and rankings of journals if requested from the articles in the above list

For this report, we use the key citation databases Web of Science and Scopus, as well as Google Scholar and one subject specific database.

Please visit the webpage and fill in the online form if you would like to request this service:

Librarians can also offer advice about altmetrics, researcher profiles and social media tools for promoting your research online.
