Passengers can travel between Melbourne and Albury on the XPT at V\/Line prices (you must book through V\/Line<\/a>). V\/Line trains operate between Southern Cross and Seymour, where a connecting coach to Albury via Wodonga can be used. See the local bus service information above for connections to the campus. A daily coach service operates between Wangaratta and the Albury-Wodonga campus. Many V\/Line coaches also service Albury and Wodonga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PTV have improved the City transport network, with the aim to provide more frequent, coordinated and direct services to more places in Bendigo and surrounding areas. All buses in Bendigo travel via the terminus at the railway station to bus stops on the edge of the campus on Keck Street or Ellis Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How to get to Bendigo Campus<\/a> by Public Transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bus Route 63 provides a new fast and direct service to La Trobe University via Bendigo Station every 30 minutes during weekdays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n There are several coach services that service Bendigo. Timetables and route maps are available from V\/Line.<\/a> Coaches connect with local buses (see above) at Bendigo Railway Station. There is a service from La Trobe University to Albury on Friday evenings, which returns from Albury on Monday mornings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Find timetables on the V\/Line train and coach timetables page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V\/Line<\/a> trains to Bendigo run every hour from Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station and daily from Swan Hill and Echuca. Local buses (see above) connect La Trobe University to Bendigo Railway Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Did you know that a train can be caught to La Trobe Melbourne from Bendigo<\/strong> via a connecting train to Reservoir <\/strong>Station on the South Morang Line<\/a> and from here the No. 301 shuttle bus<\/strong> (running every 10 mins during semester) goes direct to La Trobe Bundoora. <\/strong>The journey should take around 2.5\/3.00 hours, but the best thing about this is that the time can be taken up with either study or even sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Collins Street Campus is located in the Melbourne CBD and is well serviced by trains, trams and buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The closest railway station are Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can view train timetables at the PTV website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Seven trams service the Franklin Street campus (within one block).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Three buses service the Collins Street campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For more information visit the PTV website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n PTV’s Journey Planner<\/a> helps you plan your trip from A to B using trains, trams and buses. Simply enter where you’re travelling from and you’ll be provided with a personalised journey plan including connections between trains, trams and buses and any walking time involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Benetook Avenue campus is serviced by routes 400 and 401 connecting the city centre and East Mildura. Buses stop on the corner of Benetook Avenue and Eleventh Street. Nearly all buses in Mildura service the Deakin Avenue campus and Visual Arts Research Studios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n V\/Line<\/a> runs a daily coach service, which connects to a train to Melbourne at Swan Hill. Coaches also connect to other areas of western and northern Victoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Shepparton Campus is located at 210 Fryers Street and is directly serviced by four buses.
