Students told us they wanted communications that were clearer, better timed, more inclusive and easier to act on. The updated policy responds directly to that feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remember to use your La Trobe email<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help protect your personal information and keep communications secure, the policy now requires students to use their <strong>La Trobe email account for all official correspondence with the University<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using your student email helps verify your identity, reduces the risk of phishing and fraud, and ensures you receive important updates about your studies, enrolment and student services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latrobe.edu.au\/students\/support\/it\/microsoft365\/access\">check your La Trobe email<\/a> regularly so you don&#8217;t miss important information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Trobe has updated its Student Communications Policy to improve how we communicate with students.
