When you start at La Trobe, you\u2019re required to complete compulsory modules to make sure you understand what is expected of you as a student. One of these is the Academic Integrity Module (AIM)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AIM introduces you to La Trobe\u2019s values and academic integrity standards<\/a>. It\u2019s designed to help you avoid plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AIM is a compulsory part of your course and you must complete it during your first study period<\/strong>. If you don\u2019t complete AIM in your first study period, you won\u2019t be able to get an academic transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I complete AIM?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LTU0AIM should already appear on your Study Plan in StudentOnLine. You can enrol in and complete it like any other subject:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to StudentOnLine<\/a> and enrol in the AIM subject (LTU0AIM). Select the current year and relevant teaching period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Wait 24 hours, then log in to the Learning Management System (LMS)<\/a> to access the online module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Complete all five quizzes<\/strong> with a score of 80% or higher. You can retake these as many times as needed until you pass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once you pass, you\u2019ll receive an AIM badge in your LMS. If you don\u2019t see the badge, it likely means you haven\u2019t passed all the quizzes yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Why is AIM important?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you don\u2019t complete AIM, you won\u2019t be able to get an academic transcript. It will also affect your ability to finish your course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
