It also helps you create a personalised timetable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allocate+ operates in two phases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Preference Entry Mode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opens:<\/strong> 10:30am, Tuesday 9 December 2025 for the Semester 1, 2026 timetable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Closes:<\/strong> 5pm, Monday 19 January 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During this phase, you can <strong>nominate your preferred class times<\/strong> for your enrolled Semester 1 subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> It\u2019s not \u2018first-come, first-served\u2019. Everyone who enters preferences before the deadline has an equal chance of getting their preferred times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t submit preferences by 19 January, you\u2019ll be automatically allocated to available class times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Allocation Adjustment Mode<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Opens:<\/strong> 10:30am, Wednesday 21 January 2026 for the Semester 1, 2026 timetable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Closes:<\/strong> 5pm, Thursday 2 April 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once this phase begins, you can <strong>manually adjust your timetable<\/strong> to your preferred class times if spaces are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choosing your preferences in Allocate+<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before you can choose your preferences, make sure you\u2019re enrolled in your 2026 Semester 1 subjects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Need help enrolling?<\/strong>&nbsp;See our<a href=\"http:\/\/latrobe-current.custhelp.com\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/1000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;step-by-step guide<\/a>&nbsp;for detailed instructions on how to enrol via StudentOnLine. You can also see the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/latrobe-current.custhelp.com\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/1090\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">steps for enrolling in electives<\/a>&nbsp;and troubleshoot any enrolment issues using the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/latrobe-current.custhelp.com\/app\/answers\/detail\/a_id\/2290\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">can\u2019t enrol in StudentOnLine guided assist<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After you\u2019ve enrolled, you may need to wait 24 hours for your newly enrolled subjects to show up in Allocate+, so try again later if you can\u2019t see them straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can log into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latrobe.edu.au\/students\/your-course\/timetables\/view-timetables\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Allocate+<\/a> any time between <strong>10:30am on 9 December <\/strong>and <strong>5pm on 19 January <\/strong>and nominate your class time preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Missed out?<\/strong> If you miss entering your preferences during Preference Entry mode, you may be able to make adjustments to your class allocations (where possible) during Allocation Adjustment mode between 10:30am 21 January and 5pm 2 April 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Need help?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.latrobe.edu.au\/students\/your-course\/timetables\/preference-entry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Guide to Preference Entry mode<\/a>&nbsp;for more detailed instructions and a step-by-step video on how Preference Entry mode works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do you receive&nbsp;government benefits?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must update&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicesaustralia.gov.au\/\">Services Australia<\/a>&nbsp;(also known as Centrelink) of any changes to your study load (e.g. changing from a full-time load to part-time) as soon as possible.
