La Trobe University is committed to providing ongoing, flexible and comprehensive support for our students. The health and wellbeing of our students, staff and wider community remain our top priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a City Campus student, you have access to all of La Trobe’s online services. Face-to-face services are available through a range of methods at the City Campus and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advocacy<\/a><\/td>Student Advocates<\/a> can help students to understand their situation and discuss available options, understand University Policy and Procedures, prepare written submissions\/letters; and
attend hearings and meetings with students as a support person. These services are provided at no cost to you. <\/td>		The Student Advocates<\/a> are available to assist students from all campuses. Visit the Student Advocacy FAQ<\/a> for more information.

ASK La Trobe<\/a><\/span><\/td>ASK La Trobe can help with accepting your offer, enrolment, timetables, student systems, fees and financial support, exams, results, graduations, international student issues and more. Student Wellbeing Connect Health and Wellbeing Services<\/a><\/td>Our counselling team provides you with free, caring and effective support to enhance your academic and personal success.

This can include connecting with services within and outside of the University.  <\/td>		Counselling Service:
<\/strong>The service on campus is walk-in or you can book an online appointment<\/a>. Please specify in your booking if you would like a face-to-face appointment at the City Campus. Bookings for online appointments via Zoom can also be made online<\/a>.
