La Trobe’s Wellbeing team have compiled a list of mostly external support services that you might find useful over the coming holiday period*.

La Trobe University Health and Wellbeing Support

Please be aware that Student Wellbeing Services will be closed over the 2 week break from 23 Dec – 3 January. However, the out-of-hours Crisis Line is operating 24/7 until 8 Jan.

La Trobe University Medical Centre GP Clinic (bulk billed for students)

Feeling unwell? Looking for health advice? The La Trobe University Medical Centre GP Clinic in Bundoora offers a bulk-billing service to students. International students with valid Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) card can also use this service at no additional cost.

Speak to a doctor about the following:

  • Mental health support and referrals
  • Sexual and reproductive health information and advice
  • Check-ups and health screening
  • You’re just feeling unwell
  • Vaccines and immunisations
