The Route 301 Shuttle Bus is back!

La Trobe University, Melbourne Campus – Reservoir Train Station

Bus route 301 – Reservoir Express Shuttle, runs approximately every 10 minutes from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. between Reservoir Train Station and La Trobe University during the University semesters. Reservoir Station connects to the Mernda line.

***This is a regular PTV service and not free, passengers must swipe on and off with their Myki card.***

Due to level crossing removal works and the redevelopment of Reservoir Station, the 301 bus can be caught from Cheddar Road (opposite side of the High Street). Signage and transport staff will direct you to the temporary bus stops.

There may be some alterations in services from time to time due to the works around Reservoir Station, please sign up online for all the latest updates on possible disruptions.

Glider Bus

A reminder that the Glider Bus service now runs all year round except for the week of University shutdown coinciding with Christmas.

The Day Glider travels in a loop around the Melbourne campus every 20 minutes and is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 9:30pm. This service is available to students, staff and the wider community. See the Glider webpage for bus stop locations and follow GRiTS for real-time tracking.

There is also a Night Glider service available to staff and students which can pick-up or drop-off anywhere on the Melbourne campus or at designated off-campus locations including Reservoir station, Tram Route 86 Stop 60, Polaris, Gresswell and Macleod Station. Night Glider is available to students and staff on request Monday to Sunday, 6pm* to 6am – call (03) 9479 2222 to request pick-up. (*7pm during daylight savings)
